Terms of Use

CoPastor is offered as a paid subscription service:

• iOS App: $19.99/month via Apple In-App Purchase, billed through your Apple ID
• Web: $19.99/month after a 14-day free trial, billed via Stripe
• A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CoPastor → Cancel
• Web: Go to copastor.app → Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

CoPastor is designed for pastoral and ministry use. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
• Use AI-generated content without appropriate pastoral review

CoPastor uses AI to assist with sermon preparation, pastoral care, and ministry planning. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to support your ministry, not replace your pastoral judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

Content you create in CoPastor remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your sermons, notes, or other content. The CoPastor platform, design, and technology are owned by FaithTech Systems LLC.

CoPastor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will meet all your ministry needs.

FaithTech Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CoPastor. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
